 9.0      Order delivery Policy

The orders which buyer will put on this site or mobile application will be delivered on the business days excluding public holidays and Saturdays. Estimated delivery time is dependent on the product's availability, and could vary from locations. For items listed as "In Stock", we will deliver on time as 2-5 business days and it may vary on locations. The product will be allotted to the customers whose payment has been received first. Items for orders placed together may be shipped separately. We shall not be responsible for the delivery of non access locations of transport or courier services. In such case, customer is informed prior to the delivery to collect from the nearest reachable location of transport service available.

 10.0    Return and replacement Policy

The service once sold will not be refunded at all. The subscription or exam service sold from mobile application or desktop system will not be refunded. Only in case of technical problem or unavoidable circumstances that results non occurrence or cancellation of pre-scheduled exam may be facilitated with next exam schedule from the same amount paid.

The books once sold will not be taken back and refunded. Only in case of production or factory defect found, the sold books will be exchanged with non defective one. For this, the book should be unused and exchanged will be done within 15 days of date of billing with details of invoices.

Users may find advertising or other content on our Site that link to the sites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our Site.
