This book aims at guiding and training the undergraduate dental student who is new to the dental clinics. All aspects of diagnostic battery starting from chair- positioning, sterilization and ergonomic practices are dealt with. Topics are discussed in a simple language and the clinical significance and correlations are explained lucidly. The book is divided into two parts, namely, Oral Medicine and Radiology. The first part aims at developing the clinical skills starting with getting familiar with the dental chair and equipment, sterilization procedures, etc. The second part deals with oral radiology which is an essential part of dental clinical decision-making.
